◆ Privacy
Privacy policy.
The short version: this website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no contact forms. If you want to reach us, you call or you stop by.
In one paragraph
We do not collect, store or sell personal information through this website. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no forms. Our web host keeps standard server logs, as every web host does. If you phone or email the shop, we have what you tell us, and we use it only to answer you.
What this website collects
Nothing. To be specific about what that means:
- No cookies. The site sets none, for any purpose.
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no other measurement or advertising script.
- No forms. There is nowhere on this site to submit your name, email or anything else.
- No third-party content. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Nothing loads from an outside company that could observe your visit.
- No account, no login, no newsletter.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like essentially all web hosting, their servers record basic technical information when a page is requested — an IP address, the page requested, a timestamp, and the browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site running and to defend against abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.
Links to other sites
Some pages link out to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, and to Idaho state websites cited in our riding guides. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, under their privacy policy, not ours. Those companies — Google and Meta in particular — do track their visitors. Nothing from them runs on our pages, but that protection ends the moment you click through.
If you call, email or visit
When you contact the shop directly we necessarily learn something about you: your phone number if you call, your email address if you write, and whatever you tell us about the bike or the part you need.
We use that only to answer your question, order your part, or follow up on a sale. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list.
For in-person purchases, card payments are handled by our payment provider's terminal. Full card numbers are not stored by us.
Children
We sell youth bikes, so a good number of our customers are parents. This website is written for adults making a purchase and is not directed at children. Because the site collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children either.
Your information, on request
Because we hold so little, this is usually a short conversation — but if you want to know what we have on file about you, or want it deleted, call (208) 684-3300 or email llbsdhansen@aol.com and ask. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to make that request; either way we will honor it.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add something that does collect data — an online store, a contact form, an embedded map, or analytics — we will update this page before turning it on, and change the date at the top. This version is dated 20 August 2026.
